Key points/Highlights:

– Service desk experience.

– 3-5 years of experience as an IT technician- third level end-user support and expertise with Microsoft Windows clients;

– Good knowledge of SCCM or Microsoft Endpoint Control Management (MECM).

– Good general knowledge of networking.

– Knowledge of AD (Active Directory).

– ITIL knowledge.

Job Description:

– Provide third level support to Service Desk users and teams;

– Resolve IT Service Management System (ServiceNow) tickets;

– Perform in-depth checks on certain routines;

– Manage Incidents and Problems;

– Take charge of and work with the team to resolve production-related issues for Level 3.
