What is the product?

Professional IT services related to Data Management (ELT, Data Warehouses, Visualization, and Analytics), Software Development, and Data Science (Image Processing, Computer Vision). Emphasis will be on the Databricks Lakehouse platform and other cloud data streaming environments.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities, coordinate business generation activities, develop customized targeted business strategies.
  • Generate new leads and potential clients using your network of contacts and other sales strategies.
  • Promote services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Contact potential clients to arrange meetings and establish rapport.
  • Create informative presentations to deliver at meetings and conferences to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
  • Find and develop new markets and new opportunities.
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals and potential clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with software development and infrastructure suppliers.
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with clients.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in selling and marketing software development professional services and products.
  • Post Secondary Education in Marketing, Software Development, IT, or equivalent discipline.
  • More than 5 years of experience in lead generation and prospect management in the IT or Tech field.
  • Proven project success in achieving goals while building long term rapport with clients.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely to key stakeholders.
  • French speaking and writing are an asset.
