Key Points/ Highlights:

• Minimum 5 years of troubleshooting experience- CNC Machines
• Knowledge of FANUC, Yasnac, Heidenhain, and Siemens controls
• Knowledge of “G” code programming
• Ability to travel through Canada
• A demonstrated commitment to customer service and satisfaction
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of high-speed machine processes
• Knowledge of machine adjustments (geometry, level, etc.)
• Knowledge of ladder reading for troubleshooting

Job Description:

• Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of CNC equipment
• Answer questions from clients surrounding their machinery and equipment
• Training new clients on newly installed equipment
• Recommend modifications and improvements to installed equipment
• Document and report completed repairs and parts
• Always ensuring the highest level of communication and customer support
• Programming and testing of equipment for troubleshooting
• Coordinate with other departments regarding service times and deliveries
• Performs other job functions within department or other work areas within scope and ability.
