- Experience in managing and activating sponsorships.

- Proficiency with internal tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Job description:
- Identify, recommend, negotiate, implement and evaluate national or major sponsorships and other communication activities related to priority segments and business areas.
- Participate in the organization, planning, implementation and execution of customer events online and offline, ranging from large conferences to small workshops and webinars.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine speaker(s), content, attendee list, marketing materials, branded promotional items and data collection methods that will ensure business objectives are met.
- Negotiate costs and prices for facilities and services with service providers, ensuring value for money.
- Act as an event manager and assume the following responsibilities: pre-event consultation and planning, location selection, development of event agenda and flow, event promotion and registration process, printing and shipping of marketing materials and exhibit materials, budget management, staff recruitment, tracking and reporting.
- Write and edit promotional material.
- Establish key performance indicators to assess the success and alignment of each activity or event, including business development and visibility.
