Key points/Highlights:
Required :
– Bilingual with French and English
– Hold a bachelor’s degree in the field of administration or in a relevant discipline;
OR
– Note that a bachelor’s degree obtained in a discipline that is not deemed relevant to the position may be accepted if the proposed resource has five (5) years of experience more than the number of years of experience required.
– Demonstrate that the resource has at least 5 years of experience as a business analyst in the field of process analysis, improvement or optimization;
– Present two (2) mandates, including;
* One (1) project involving the collection of needs, their analysis, the recommendation of solutions meeting the needs, the detailed definition of processes and the use of process modeling tools;
* One (1) project with a scope of at least 200 p-d, in an organization of comparable or larger size than MIFI (more than 1,000 employees);
– Demonstrate experience in the implementation of customer services including a new process, a work organization model as well as the sharing of roles and responsibilities between the various stakeholders;
– Demonstrate that the resource has professional experience in facilitating workshops and using group facilitation tools such as: brainstorming and nominal group technique, etc., in the context of a project
– Master the office tools of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project).
